Plutus withdraw 3 Bristol applications

According to the Council Planning website Plutus have withdrawn its St Philips and both Lockleaze planning applications for Diesel Powered STOR sites. As good news as this is, as of 1:30pm today the StWerburghs application for a gas powered STOR station is still pending decision, so we need to keep up the pressure
